EVERY OTHER WEDNESDAY 1:30-3PM | ETHER WELLNESS | DOWNTOWN MADISON
Midday Reset: Quiet Co-Working + Intentional Space
A gentle pause in the middle of your week.
Quiet Co-Working • Reflection • Study • Rest
Midday Reset is intentional, quiet studio time designed to help you refocus, regulate, and move through the rest of your day with clarity.
Whether you need to catch up on work, study, read, journal, or simply sit in stillness, this space is here to support you. We’ll begin with a brief 2–5 minute grounding practice to calm the nervous system and shift into focused energy before transitioning into quiet co-working time. Come for 30 minutes or stay for the whole hour and a half, either way your future self will thank you.
This isn’t a coffee shop. (Although complementary coffee, tea, and snacks are available!)
It’s curated, calm space.
It’s time set aside for you.
