SATURDAYS 8:30AM | DOWNTOWN MADISON
Women’s Wellness Series
A weekly space to reconnect, restore, and realign
Movement. Reflection. Education. Community.
Each month, Ether Wellness hosts a Women’s Wellness Series built around a guiding theme that supports women’s strength, balance, and well-being.
Across four Saturdays, we explore that theme through a rotating blend of movement, reflection, stillness, and education—offering different ways to reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and gain insight into your health.
Some weeks focus on mindful movement or yoga, while others offer guided reflection or practical wellness education. Together, the series creates a space to slow down, tune in, and care for yourself in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
Each session can be attended individually, or you can join the full four-week series for a deeper experience.
When: Saturdays 8:30-9:30 AM
Where: Ether Wellness | 25 N Pinckney St. Ste 310, Madison, WI
