Women’s Wellness Series

A weekly space to reconnect, restore, and realign

Movement. Reflection. Education. Community.

Each month, Ether Wellness hosts a Women’s Wellness Series built around a guiding theme that supports women’s strength, balance, and well-being.

Across four Saturdays, we explore that theme through a rotating blend of movement, reflection, stillnesss, and education—offering different ways to reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and gain insight into your health.

Some weeks focus on mindful movement or yoga, while others offer guided reflection or practical wellness education. Together, the series creates a space to slow down, tune in, and care for yourself in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

Each session can be attended individually, or you can join the full four-week series for a deeper experience.

When: Saturdays 8:30-9:30 AM

Where: Ether Wellness | 25 N Pinckney St. Ste 310, Madison, WI

Cost: $18 per session | $64 for a 4-pack | Free for Semi-Private Strength Training Clients

April-May Theme: Rooted in Strength

• (4/18) Core + Pelvic Floor Connection: Rooted Strength from Within

This signature session is designed to help you understand and truly feel your core, not just your abs, but the full system that supports your spine, breath, and pelvic floor.
Through guided strength sequences and intentional cueing, you’ll build a strong, supported foundation while deepening your connection to your body. This is where strength begins. Rooted, aligned, and built from within.

(4/25) Reflection & Connection: Redefining Strength

What does strength look like for you right now? This session offers space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what feels true in your current season. Through guided journaling and conversation, we’ll explore how your definition of strength may be shifting and what it means to support yourself in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and real.

(5/2) Yin Yoga: Strength in Stillness

There is strength in slowing down. This Yin Yoga session uses long-held, supported postures to release tension, support joint and connective tissue health, and calm the nervous system. As you soften physically, you’ll also build the strength to stay present, breathe through discomfort, and allow your body to unwind. A grounding practice to support both resilience and restoration.

(5/9) Mini-Workshop: Supported Strength for Real Life

Strength training is one of the most powerful tools for supporting your hormones, energy, metabolism, and long-term health, but it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or exhausting. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to approach strength training in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and aligned with your body. We’ll cover the foundations of effective strength training for women, how to support your nervous system, and how to build a routine that actually fits your life. You’ll leave with simple, practical tools to help you feel stronger, more energized, and more supported in your body. *No strength training is actually taking place*

May-June Theme: Reconnect + Reclaim

• (*Sunday 5/17 10am*) Core + Pelvic Floor Connection: Rebuild from Within

This signature session is designed to help you understand and truly feel your core, not just your abs, but the full system that supports your spine, breath, and pelvic floor.
Reconnect with the deep core and pelvic floor in a way that supports strength, stability, and confidence—without pressure or overwhelm. This session focuses on breath, awareness, and functional movement to help you feel more supported in your body, especially through hormonal changes. Perfect for anyone feeling disconnected, unsure where to start, or ready to rebuild from a solid foundation.

(5/23) Reflection & Connection: You’re Not Alone

A guided space to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself and with others. Through thoughtful prompts and open conversation, you’ll explore what’s shifting in this season of life and what support you truly need. Come as you are. This is about being seen, heard, and reminded you’re not doing this alone.

(5/30) Yin Yoga: Soften & Restore

This Yin Yoga session uses long-held, supported postures to release tension, support joint and connective tissue health, and calm the nervous system. Slow down and give your body the space it’s been asking for. This gentle yin practice targets deep tissues while supporting your nervous system, helping to reduce stress, improve mobility, and encourage restoration. Ideal for women navigating hormonal shifts, fatigue, or simply craving a moment to breathe and reset.

(6/6) Mini-Workshop: Understanding Your Changing Body (Hormones & Support)

An approachable, educational session designed to help you better understand what’s happening in your body—and what to do about it. We’ll cover how hormones impact strength, energy, metabolism, and recovery, along with simple, realistic ways to support yourself through movement, nutrition, and daily habits. You’ll leave feeling more informed, empowered, and supported in your next steps.

This is for you if…
