Group Fitness + Yoga Class Schedule
Starting January, 6th 2025
MIDDAY RESET (Mondays 12:15pm – 12:45pm): Let’s be real, sometimes Mondays suck. Join us for a midday reset! Kari will guide you through Kriya Yoga meditation and breathwork practices leaving you feeling recharged and ready to start the week (again).
FUNCTIONAL FUSION (Tuesdays 5:30pm – 6:30pm): A dynamic class that combines the best of both worlds – pilates and yin yoga building your core strength, improving balance and mobility, and relieving stress.
YIN YOGA (Wednesdays 5:30pm – 6:30pm): Join Kari for a calming style of yoga where you hold a posture anywhere from 3-5 minutes, connecting deeper with the tissues and fascia rather than the muscles for a more mindful relaxation, melting the stress away.
* Group classes are open to anyone looking to move their body, de-stress, and embrace their divine feminine energy.
All levels and abilities are welcome as modifications are available to fit your comfort level. Ether Wellness is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator access) and participants will need to be able to get up and down off the floor during class. Chairs or walls may be used for balance assistance.
Bring your own water bottle and yoga mat (no worries though if you forget it, we have a few on hand!). Pilates balls, bolsters, blankets, yoga blocks, and yoga straps are provided.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR GROUP CLASSES. Any group class promotional discounts are valid only on classes hosted by Ether Wellness.
NO STUDIO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED TO JOIN CLASSES.

Workshop: Yoga For Women’s Hormonal Health
Saturday Feb., 8th 2025 10am-12:30pm
This workshop will focus on how yoga and lifestyle adjustments can support the natural (and sometimes unnatural) fluctuations of hormonal health throughout various stages of a woman’s life, from menstruation to post-menopause. It will aim to educate and empower you to manage hormonal imbalances naturally and holistically.
During this time together, you’ll learn:
• Yoga poses (asanas) designed to target hormone regulation, including restorative poses, inversions, and breathwork to stimulate the endocrine system (the messenger system for hormones).
• Mindfulness techniques like guided meditation and breathwork (pranayama) practices to reduce stress, which is a major factor in hormonal imbalance.
• An overview on common hormonal issues (PMS, PCOS, menopause), their symptoms, and holistic management strategies.
• Nutrition tips for basic dietary recommendations that support hormonal balance.
You’ll leave with practical tools to support your hormonal health, reducing symptoms and improving overall well-being!
**This workshop is open for anyone who wants to learn more about women’s hormones and ways to support them, and your loved ones.**

Cancellations are allowed up to 2 days prior to the event. No refunds will be given within 48 hours of the event, unless noted otherwise.
No-Shows: If you registered for a class, workshop, or event but do not attend, you will be charged for the class, workshop, or event plus an additional $15 no-show fee.
