Reclaim YOU is an 8-week, small-group strength training experience designed specifically for women who are ready to reconnect with their bodies and feel strong, supported, and confident again.
No pressure to perform.
No workouts that burn you out.
Just strength that meets you where you are—then helps you rise.
What’s included:
  • 2x/week in-person small group training (choose M/W PM or T/Th AM)
    • M/W 4:15pm – 5:15pm
    • M/W 4:30pm – 5:30pm
    • T/TH 6:15am – 7:15am
    • T/TH 7:30am – 8:30am
  • Bonus Friday morning core + yoga + connection over coffee
  • Group of 5 women max per session M-TH (everyone enrolled can join Fridays)
  • Holistic, women-centered coaching focused on resilience, not restriction
  • Community, accountability, and a space to breathe and be
  • $20/month off a Studio Membership during the program

• Gentle Movement & Yoga: Simple movements to ease joint pain and stress, while promoting flexibility and bone health.

• Nutritional Support: Learn foods that support hormonal balance, bone health, and heart wellness.

• Community Discussion: Share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others on the same journey.
