Inner Light Women’s Circle

Strong Heart, Calm Nervous System

Heart health isn’t just about numbers, workouts, or willpower.
It’s about how your body responds to all types of stress, how you breathe, how you move, and how safe your nervous system feels on a daily basis.
A portion of the proceeds (20%) from this workshop will be donated to the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women – Woman of Impact campaign. I’m honored to be participating in this campaign to help raise awareness, support women-focused research, and advocate for better heart health education and care for women.
