Reclaim YOU is an 8-week semi-private strength training experience designed for women who are ready to reconnect with their bodies and feel strong, supported, and confident again.

With only 3 women per group, you’ll receive personalized coaching, form guidance, and accountability while still benefiting from the motivation and connection of a supportive community.

No pressure to perform. No workouts that burn you out. Just strength training that meets you where you are.

  • July 6th – August 29th
    • M/W 12:15 – 1:15pm, 4:15-5:15pm, or 5:30-6:30pm
    • T/TH 4:15-5:15pm or 5:30-6:30pm

    Connection

    Train in a small, welcoming group of like-minded women (max 3 per session). You’ll build strength and community—no judgment, just encouragement.

    Learn proper form, breath mechanics, and functional movement strategies that support your daily life, hormonal health, and long-term wellness goals.

    Expert Guidance

    Each session is led by a certified women’s health & fitness coach who understands how to train with your body, not against it. You’ll be coached with care, compassion, and plenty of cues to help you feel confident and capable.

    Stay consistent and motivated with holistic coaching, optional app-based check-ins, and weekly practices that go beyond the workout—because strength is about more than just muscles.

    What’s Included?

    • Semi-Private Strength Training (2x/week): Circuit-style sessions designed to build strength, improve movement, and support long-term resilience.
    • Personalized Coaching & Form Guidance: In-person coaching to help you move safely, build confidence, and stay accountable.
    • Stress-Management & Somatic Practices: Somatic tools, breathwork, and nervous system support integrated throughout the program.
    • Supportive Community: Encouragement, accountability, and a space where you don’t have to do this alone.
    • 1 Free Aligned Living Assessment: A virtual 75-minute 1:1 strategy session designed to bring clarity, direction, and focus to your wellness journey.
    • Free Access to Women’s Wellness Series Saturday Sessions: Core & Pelvic Floor education & training, gentle yoga, mini-workshops, and space to connect over tea or coffee.
    • Mobile App Access ($): Additional support between sessions and for missed days
    • Client-Exclusive 1:1 In-Person Sessions ($): For more personalized, in-depth support (schedule as desired)

    Hi, I’m Kari Mysker — Founder/Owner of Ether Wellness and a Women’s Strength & Embodiment Coach for whole-body wellness, blending Movement, Nutrition, Women’s Hormone Health, Stress-Management, Mindset and Lifestyle practices based in Madison, WI.

    I created Reclaim YOU to give women a welcoming space to grow stronger, increase energy, and feel supported in community. My coaching style is compassionate, motivating, and deeply aligned with whole-self wellness.

    Parking + Location:

    • Street parking is available nearby (meters are free after 6pm-8am and on Sundays).
    • The Capitol Square North Garage and the Dayton/Pinckney Ramp are your best options for garage parking.
    • Ether Wellness is located on the 3rd floor above The Old Fashioned (no elevator access). Look for the entrance under the “Where Wisconsin is King” sign.
