Menopause: Empowering Women Through Every Stage
Menopause isn’t the end—it’s a new beginning.
Join us to learn, laugh + feel empowered.
Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause can affect just about everything—sleep, energy, mood, metabolism, libido, and even our relationship with our body. But what if this phase of life wasn’t something to dread… and instead, something to own?
