SUNDAY, MARCH 22ND 2:30-4PM | ETHER WELLNESS | DOWNTOWN MADISON
Strong Heart, Calm Nervous System
An Embodied Workshop for Stress Relief, Strength & Heart Health
A felt experience of what it means to truly support your heart.
Heart health isn’t just about numbers, workouts, or willpower.
It’s about how your body responds to all types of stress, how you breathe, how you move, and how safe your nervous system feels on a daily basis.
This in-person workshop is designed to help women feel the connection between strength, calm, and heart health. It’s not just information you understand, but something your body remembers.
What This Workshop Is About
Stress is one of the most overlooked factors impacting women’s heart health. When the nervous system is constantly in “go mode,” it affects circulation, recovery, heart rate variability, inflammation, and overall resilience.
We’ll explore how strength training, intentional movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation work together to support a strong, healthy heart—without pushing, forcing, or overwhelming your body.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and quietly stronger.
When: Sunday, March 22nd 2:30-4pm
Where: Ether Wellness | 25 N Pinckney St. Ste 310, Madison, WI 53703
Cost: $35 (20% of proceeds will be donated to the Go Red for Women – Woman of Impact Campaign)
