MONDAY, APRIL 13TH 6-7:30PM | ETHER WELLNESS | DOWNTOWN MADISON
The Inner Yes: Intuitive Nutrition
Listening to your body. Fueling your strength. Trusting your intuition.
An invitation to slow down and listen to what your body truly needs.
This experiential workshop blends nutrition education, embodied awareness, and intuitive decision-making to help you feel more confident and connected to how you fuel your body. Through guided meditation, a practical discussion on protein and nourishment, and an interactive bioenergetic muscle-testing experience, you’ll explore how different forms of protein and nutrition land in your body.
Rather than following rigid rules or one-size-fits-all recommendations, this workshop invites you to tune inward—learning to listen, feel, and respond to what supports your energy, strength, and overall wellbeing.
What is Bioenergetic Muscle Testing? It’s a gentle, non-invasive method used to access your body’s energy field and identify hidden stressors that may be disrupting your well-being. By applying light pressure and monitoring subtle muscle responses, we can tune into how your nervous system reacts to specific stimuli—offering insight into physical, emotional, or energetic imbalances. This process helps guide personalized, intuitive care that supports your body’s natural healing potential.
When: Monday, April 13th 6-7:30pm
Where: Ether Wellness | 25 N Pinckney St. Ste 310, Madison, WI 53703
