SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11TH 11AM-3PM | ETHER WELLNESS | DOWNTOWN MADISON

An Autumn Reset Retreat

Slow down. Turn inward. Welcome the season.

As the seasons begin to shift, autumn offers a natural invitation to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what you need.

The Autumn Reset Retreat is a cozy, intentional afternoon designed to give you space away from the busyness of everyday life to move your body, nourish yourself, connect with others, get creative, and simply rest.

Throughout the afternoon, we’ll blend mindful movement, guided reflection, meaningful conversation, seasonal activities, and restorative practices—creating space to check in with yourself and consider how you want to feel and care for yourself in the season ahead.

We’ll also gather around food, create your own seasonal simmer pot to bring a little warmth and intention into your home, and finish the afternoon with deep relaxation so you can leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and reconnected with yourself.

Offering a supportive space for women. No previous yoga, meditation, or retreat experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.

Where: Ether Wellness | 25 N Pinckney St Ste 310, Madison WI

Who Is This Retreat For?

The Autumn Reset Retreat is for the woman who…

• Has been moving through life on autopilot and could use a chance to pause.

• Gives a lot of herself to work, family, responsibilities, or others and is ready to make a little space for herself.

• Wants to reconnect with her body, energy, and what she needs right now.

• Is craving meaningful connection and time with other women in a supportive, welcoming environment.

• Loves the idea of a cozy fall afternoon filled with movement, reflection, creativity, nourishment, and rest.

• Doesn’t necessarily consider herself a “retreat person” but knows four hours dedicated to herself sounds pretty wonderful.

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced with wellness practices, or have anything figured out.

Just come as you are. This afternoon is yours.
